1. Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.finmavi.com and related services (the "Platform"), operated by Finmavi. By registering for, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Risk Disclosure Statement, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy, each incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Platform.
2. What Finmavi Is
2.1 Finmavi is an educational and onboarding platform. Through the Platform, users may access trading education, receive onboarding guidance, discover trading strategies, discover independent third-party strategy authors ("Signal Providers"), and connect with selected third-party trading providers ("brokers"). Strategies made available on the Platform may be published by Finmavi itself and/or by Signal Providers.
2.2 Finmavi maintains commercial relationships with selected brokers, under which it may refer users and receive compensation or referral fees — an arrangement commonly known as an Introducing Broker relationship.
2.3 Finmavi is not: a broker, dealer, exchange, or trading venue; a custodian or holder of client funds; an investment adviser or portfolio/asset manager; or a party to any trade executed on your account.
2.4 Finmavi's role is limited to: (i) providing educational content; (ii) making available generic trading strategies — published by Finmavi and/or by Signal Providers — that you may optionally follow via a broker's own copy-trading infrastructure; (iii) referring you to selected brokers; and (iv) assisting with general onboarding guidance.
3. Two Separate Registrations
3.1 Finmavi account. Creating an account on the Finmavi platform allows you to access educational materials, view available strategies, receive platform-related information, and manage your Finmavi account. It does not create a trading account, and does not establish a trading relationship with any broker.
3.2 Broker account. If you decide to trade or follow a strategy, you must independently complete a separate registration directly with your selected broker. The broker independently performs account opening, identity verification (KYC), anti-money-laundering checks, and any assessment procedures it requires, and you separately accept the broker's own client agreement and terms. Finmavi does not open trading accounts on your behalf, does not control or determine whether a broker accepts you as a client, and is not a party to your trading relationship, which exists solely between you and your selected broker.
4. Eligibility and Availability
4.1 You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
4.2 Finmavi does not actively market or promote its services in every jurisdiction, and does not currently direct its services toward certain highly regulated jurisdictions. You are responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. By registering, you represent that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable to you.
4.3 Finmavi reserves the right to restrict, suspend, decline, or terminate access to the Platform for any person or region, at its discretion, where necessary for legal, regulatory, or risk-management reasons.
5. Account Registration
5.1 To use certain features of the Platform, you must register with accurate information, including your name, email address, and phone number.
5.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity occurring under your Finmavi account.
6. Strategies and Copy-Trading Features
6.1 Trading strategies made available on the Platform ("Strategies"), whether published by Finmavi or by a Signal Provider, are generic, provided for general informational, educational, and promotional purposes, and do not constitute personalized investment advice or a recommendation. Where a Strategy is published by a Signal Provider, that Signal Provider — and not Finmavi — is responsible for its content, composition, and performance; Finmavi's role is limited to making the Strategy discoverable on the Platform.
6.2 Enabling a copy-trading feature is a voluntary decision you make directly on your broker's platform. Once activated, trades associated with a Strategy are executed automatically, by the broker's own systems, as a direct result of your election. Neither Finmavi nor any Signal Provider has technical ability to place, approve, modify, override, or manage individual trades, and neither has access to or control over your funds or account at any point.
6.3 You may disable, pause, or modify your participation in any Strategy at any time using your broker's own tools, subject to the broker's processing timelines.
6.4 Neither Finmavi nor any Signal Provider guarantees the performance, profitability, or suitability of any Strategy. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Review the Risk Disclosure Statement before following any Strategy.
7. Compensation
Finmavi may receive compensation, referral fees, or other commercial remuneration from selected third-party service providers, including brokers, in connection with referrals or platform-related services. Fees, spreads, commissions, or charges applicable to your trading activity are separately determined and charged by your broker, under the broker's own terms.
8. No Investment Advice; No Fiduciary Relationship
8.1 Nothing on the Platform, including any Strategy, educational material, or communication from Finmavi, constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.
8.2 No fiduciary, advisory, or agency relationship is created between you and Finmavi by virtue of your use of the Platform. You act on your own judgment and at your own risk in all trading decisions.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including text, strategies, graphics, logos, and educational material, is owned by or licensed to Finmavi and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform content without Finmavi's prior written consent, other than for your personal, non-commercial use of the Platform as intended.
10. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: (a) misrepresent your identity or eligibility; (b) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Platform; (d) redistribute Strategies to third parties without authorization; or (e) use the Platform in a manner that violates the rights of Finmavi, any broker, or any third party.
11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
11.1 The Platform and all Strategies, content, and educational materials are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Finmavi shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including trading losses, loss of profits, or loss of data, arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, any Strategy, or your trading activity with any broker.
11.3 Finmavi is not liable for any act, omission, insolvency, negligence, or regulatory matter concerning any broker, or for any issue relating to execution, withdrawal, custody, or platform performance at the broker level.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Finmavi, its officers, employees, and affiliates from claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your breach of these Terms, your trading activity, or your violation of applicable law.
13. Termination
Finmavi may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, including for legal, regulatory, or risk-management reasons. You may close your Finmavi account at any time; this does not affect your separate relationship with any broker.
14. Changes to These Terms
Finmavi may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be notified via the Platform or by email where appropriate.
