Finmavi acts as the data controller (or, where applicable under local law, the equivalent responsible party) for personal data collected through your Finmavi account and your general use of the Platform. Where you separately register and open a trading account with a broker, the broker acts as an independent data controller for the KYC, financial, and trading-account data it collects directly from you, under its own privacy policy, which we encourage you to review separately.

• Identity data: first name, last name, date of birth (for age verification).

• Contact data: email address, phone number.

• Account data: login credentials, including where you register via a third-party login provider.

• Usage data: how you interact with the Platform, pages visited, features used, strategy selections.

Finmavi does not control your trading account or client funds, which are held and administered directly by your broker.
